Making Our Beer
The Big & Easy Bottle Brew is pasteurized, unfermented beer wort in 2 litre bottles and equipped with a unique pressure cap. The only task left is to add the innovative yeast capsule to each bottle to start the fermentation. Wait 10 days, Chill. Then Serve!

If you make wine at home, with your own equipment, we can provide everything you need at remarkably low prices.
We offer a wide selection of wine kits from Vineco International Products, manufacturers of Niagara Mist, European Select, California Connoisseur, and KenRidge brands. You'll save up to 30% off the price of kits anywhere else in the area.
We order bi-weekly from Vineco, and call you when your kits arrive. You can order over the phone with a credit card payment, or drop in to the Shoppe to place your order in person.
We also sell bottles, filter pads, corks, shrinks and labels. If we don't have it in stock, we order from Canada's largest suppliers of wine making equipment and accessories twice per week. We can get it for you fast!
